On December 30th 2022, we met with W Bro. Robert (Bob) James Stockley at his shed in Hart's Cove, Twillingate. Bro. Bob joined Twillingate Masonic Lodge No. 7 on April 4th, 1985 at the age of 39 and is now in his 39th year as a Mason. Besides his very active commitment to the lodge, Bro. Bob has also spent a lifetime involved in numerous community groups and committees from the Society for the Union of Fishermen, various Notre Dame Bay Memorial Hospital committees, the Lion's Club, Twillingate's Fish Fun and Folk Festival, Durrell Museum, and the Twillingate-New World Island Dinner Theatre's Christmas Hamper Program.
